As delícias da casa são feitas com ingredientes frescos, com prioridade para os produtores locais. Além disso, as carnes nunca são congeladas: elas são moídas no mesmo dia de preparo para compor receitas como o black rib, que conta com pão artesanal mais burger de costela bovina, maionese especial, muçarela artesanal, molho barbecue e bacon.
